1. Quality Assurance

   • All products are mined under licensed conditions and undergo rigorous internal inspection before export.

   • We provide samples upon request so buyers can verify suitability before placing large orders.

2. Packaging & Shipment

   • Products are packed according to international standards, ensuring protection during transit.

   • Our export operations conform to relevant regulations depending on buyer country requirements.

3. Documentation

   • We supply all required export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin(s), mineral analysis reports, and any other certificates required by the destination country.

   • We comply with export licensing and mine licensing regulations in Pakistan.

4. Delivery Terms & International Trade Terms

   • We are flexible on INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, etc.), depending on the buyer’s preference.

   • Lead times are clearly agreed upon, with a schedule communicated upfront.

5. Payment Terms

   • Payment methods are negotiated per buyer and according to risk, volume, and market norms. This typically includes letters of credit, advance payment, or other secure methods.

   • We maintain transparent invoicing; there are no hidden charges.

6. Customer Support & After-Sales

   • We are committed to customer satisfaction: offering technical support, responding to inquiries in timely manner.
